Are two strangers capable of making real-life contact when the boisterous and fragmented world around them comes to a pause? In the webseries Bankje? the viewer follows two young adults who both belong to the generation that is now named ‘Zoomers’ while they are tossed between reality and something that feels like a dream. Or is it a trip? Or am I whatching someones browserhistory?
