‘-3’ is the freezing urge for perfection. Nowadays, a burn-out is more relevant than ever before. In this project, I designed an object that translate the story of overwhelming efforts to become the perfect person, by using ordinary products we take for granted.

With -3 I have made a representation of a burn-out. the layers of PVC makes it harder to see what's happening. On the background these layers describes what society expects from you. Or at least what you are telling yourself what you should be. On the background the Ladder is melting away as it can't deliver to its standarts. 

The moment you scalp yourself, the more erosion you see.
