Moderator Kevin Osepa is a visual artist (working with film and photography) born and raised on the island of Curaçao and is now based in the Netherlands. His work revolves around his identity and the Afro-Caribbean identity in a post-colonial world.

Guest Hanne van der Woude was born in 1982 in Nijmegen. She studied photography at ArtEZ, the School of Arts in Arnhem, where she lives and works as a photographer. After her studies, she devoted several years to independent projects, as, for example, MC1R – Natural Red Hair (2005-2008) and Emmy’s World (2009-2015). An elementary component of Hanne van der Woude’s portrait series is the intensive observation of human behaviour and their environment. She mostly discovers her subjects on the street.
