What is your specialty, what makes your work unique? Or place your artist's statement.
I'm an audio designer for games, focusing on bold, impactful and strongly present audio in games. Audio is an incredibly powerful tool for evoking emotion, and in my eyes, it should be used accordingly. My work is often aimed at finding the right balance between audio that works well both in a game, as well as on its own, outside of any media context.
What are your ambitions? What do you want to be in five years?
In five years from now, I'd like to be in a stable position with my audio work, taking part in different projects and creating audio for interesting and awesome games, on an international level. Ideally, I'd have an in-house position as audio designer in a game studio, locally, or abroad.
What is the most important thing you have learned during your studies?
Primarily all the knowledge, skill and experience regarding audio production. Secondarily, and maybe most importantly, I've adapted a very open-minded and neutral mindset. My time here taught me to view the world in a neutral way, always trying to see the bigger picture for any situation.
List of publications / exhibitions / prices / concerts / shows etc.
As a composer / sound designer, I've worked on a few video games projects, most of which were mods (expansions) for existing games. Alongside this, I've done extensive research into game audio middleware, specifically Wwise, and its integration into Unreal Engine 4. I've also worked on a few animation projects.
